Nicholas A. Holt

Mr. Holt has more than twenty years experience in valuations, transactions and financial consulting.  His background includes advising clients ranging from closely-held businesses to Fortune 500 companies on strategic and financial matters.  He has performed business and intangible asset valuations, intellectual property assessment, joint venture and licensing analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Blodgett & Co. in 1997, Mr. Holt was a senior valuation consultant at a national valuation firm for eight years. Previously, he worked for a regional investment bank where he gained experience in venture capital, stock offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Holt received his Master in Business Administration degree in Finance from Drexel University and his Bachelor degree in Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Holt is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Philadelphia Estate Planning Society, Eastern Technology Council and the Wharton Club.
