Richard K. Robertson

Mr. Robertson has extensive experience investment banking, equity capital markets and investments. His experience includes advising both foreign and domestic corporate clients on public offerings, private placements, acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Robertson spent thirty years with Cazenove Incorporated, a New York based subsidiary of Cazenove Group plc, a major British investment bank. During his career with the firm, he was a Director and Executive Vice President and held a number of senior management positions in investment banking, equity capital markets and administration. In the investment banking group, he worked on a broad range of corporate advisory assignments including negotiating and consummating acquisition and divestiture transactions, strategic studies, valuation reports, and providing fairness opinions for clients in various industries. Moreover, his responsibilities in the equity capital markets group encompassed providing advice on initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, securities regulations and stock exchange listing requirements. He was also responsible for initiating and developing relationships with private equity and venture capital firms, in order to increase the firm’s participation in equity syndications.

Mr. Robertson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Nichols College. Following three years of service as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, he earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting from New York University.
